We all live according to some sort of meaning, some interpretation of what life is about.  Here is my attempt to put mine into words.

Alain de Botton wrote a wonderful book called "The Consolations of Philosophy" about how great philosophers had discussed things very relevant to our everyday lives. They've given the TV series made about this a more upbeat title, but it is a highly informative and entertaining. This one about Epicurus is particularly good.
